PM Shehbaz offers to provide feedback on judicial reforms during his visit to CJP Afridi.

ISLAMABAD: At the invitation of Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Yahya Afridi, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif visited the Chief Justice's House on Wednesday to discuss the topic for the next National Judicial Policymaking Committee meeting.

In order to enhance the current justice delivery system, CJP Afridi asked the government for feedback during the meeting.

According to a statement released by the Supreme Court office, the action is a component of CJP Afridi's broader reform program, which aims to decrease pendency and give the public prompt justice.

In order to make the judicial reforms program consistent, long-lasting, and more effective, the CJP told PM Shehbaz that he would also be considering the opinions of the opposition parties. He also stated his hope that the program would receive bipartisan support.
