Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has said that the Army Chief provided full support to deal with Lashkar in Islamabad, the security agencies ended the sit-in with a very good strategy and the people got peace. After today they will not be given another chance.
Addressing the Federal Cabinet meeting, the Prime Minister said that the damage done to the economy in Islamabad in particular and in the country in general is obvious. Shops were closed here for several days, factory owners and daily laborers were also worried as their once-daily bread became impossible.
The Prime Minister said that the economy was greatly damaged by the protest, the stock exchange was at 99,300 points a few days ago, the stock exchange decreased by 4,000 points due to the rioters.
