PTI pioneer Counselor Gohar Khan on Thursday said previous head Imran Khan had designated Omer Ayub as the possibility for state leader while Mian Aslam Iqbal was picked for the space of Punjab boss clergyman.
The improvement came after Counselor Gohar and other PTI pioneers held a whirlwind of gatherings with the detained party boss at Adiala Prison to examine the ongoing political situation.
With post-political race bargain making in high stuff, the PTI — like any remaining ideological groups — is gauging its choices. Recently, the Imran-drove party, whose free up-and-comers secured a vast majority in the surveys, said it would align with the Majlis Wahdat-I-Muslimeen in the Middle and Punjab.
The party had said it would frame an alliance government with the Jamaat-I-Islami in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. In any case, JI's Liaquat Baloch later said that his party was not keen on working with the PTI in the area.
