Pakistani protesters block highways to demonstrate against election results

 Former Prime Minister Imran Khan’s Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf party and its affiliates won the most seats in the final tally.



Large number of dissenters have obstructed thruways and begun a daylong strike to exhibit against the consequences of last week's overall political race in Pakistan.


The showings on Monday follow the declaration of the end-product from the February 8 vote, with pressures intense in the midst of cases of vote gear and altering, and extreme vulnerability over the arrangement of the following government.

Previous Head of the state Imran Khan's Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party and its members won the most seats in the last count distributed on Sunday, getting 95 of 264 seats. Ex-State leader Nawaz Sharif's Pakistan Muslim Association Nawaz (PML-N) party came next with 75 seats.


With nobody party winning a larger part, complex exchanges are progressing over shaping an alliance government that will pick the nation's next top state leader.


With many electorate results confronting difficulties in court, Pakistan has a long time of political vulnerability ahead.
